MASA Pricing Structure

Product prices will be shown before GST (10%) is added. Instead of being included in the product price, GST will be added at check-out as part of the total payment due.

 As a general rule, financial individual MASA membership levels will receive a discount of 15% on the product price but they must log on to access the discount. Further discounts may be available for pre-service members, but they must also renew their membership on an annual basis even though no cost is involved.

Electronic Resources – How to Access

Most electronic resources can be accessed through the  ‘My Account’ > ‘Account Details’ section on the website and head to the red ‘Downloads’ tab, provided the user is logged in with the account that made the purchase and the payment has been processed.

DELIVERY

A delivery fee is required for all physical products that require postage or to be couriered. No fee is required for products collected from the MASA Office or received electronically (those marked as ‘Electronic Resources’ in the MASA Shop).   

Shipping Policy

The Association delivers products Australia-wide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the location of the recipient, weight of an item and the number of items ordered. Orders of in stock items (not including pre-orders) are dispatched within 5 business days of the order being placed. Shipping times are estimated to between 3 and 10 business days depending on the location within Australia. We do not accept international orders through this website.
