Haese Mathematics, formerly Haese & Harris Publications, is a family-owned publishing company specialising in Mathematics textbooks and accompanying software for schools and students. Founded by classroom teachers in South Australia in 1979, our publications have now reached students in over 175 countries.
The business was started by Bob and Sandra Haese, together with Kim Harris, who worked together to produce textbooks for South Australian schools. These first books were typed on a typewriter and completed with hand-drawn diagrams. Modest beginnings, but teachers were quick to recognise the quality of the content in these early publications. This series was updated over time to refine the content and reflect curriculum changes. The Mathematics for Australia series now covers Years 1 to 12, with Write-on Workbooks and illustrated Maths Readers at a Primary level, through to Textbooks for Senior students.
Haese Mathematics has published the Revision Guides in collaboration with MASA since their creation in the 1980s. Now digital, the MASA Revision Guides are updated annually to include SACE exams from the previous year.
