MASA Maths Leaders Forums provide a rare opportunity for Leaders of Maths in schools across SA to mee in a safe place to share experiences and support one another.  It is free for MASA Members.  Each forum has a theme to guide the discussion.

Term 3 theme is “Supporting diverse learners”

Join us for an enriching discussion on creating an inclusive math classroom.  As leaders, we will explore strategies for:

• Differentiated Instruction: How can we tailor teaching to meet individual needs?
• Culturally Responsive Teaching: What cultural perspectives enhance math learning?
• Universal Design for Learning (UDL): How can we accommodate diverse learning styles?

Questions to Consider:

• How can we celebrate and leverage student uniqueness?
• What practical techniques promote inclusivity?
• How do cultural backgrounds impact math education?
