Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations received in writing to MASA before the closing date (2 November 2026) will receive a refund less an administrative charge of $55.00. Cancellations received after the closing date will not be eligible for a refund.  If you have any questions relating to this Sponsorship Proposal, please contact The Mathematical Association of South Australia: admin@masanet.com.au

For an investment of $165 (inc GST) a satchel insert is an excellent way to reach delegates by providing an opportunity for each delegate to sample your product or learn more about your service. All material to be included needs to be provided to MASA by Monday 9th November.

  • Electronic ‘insert’ (provided by sponsor) In line with sustainable practices; DATTA, EdTechSA, MASA & SASTA aim to reduce the amount of paper distributed at conferences. To this end, your information will be shared with delegates via the conference website, that links to valuable resources from the conference.  This can include a link to your website, an electronic copy of your catalogue, sample files or other electronic documents
  • Your company name in the conference program
  • Your name displayed on the conference website
