To confirm the accuracy of the Association’s records, the Executive has asked all MASA Committee members to advise what year was the first year that they served as on the Committee, and identify if any Committee members have had any ‘interrupted’ / non-continuous terms. It would be appreciated if you were able to complete this very brief survey below no later than Monday 4th May 2026.
Please do not count the year of the Annual General Meeting that you were appointed, but the first year of service (e.g. someone appointed at the 2013 AGM to serve on the 2014 Committee would be considered to have 2014 as their first year on the Committee).
If you have served multiple terms on the Committee with absences between terms (rather than one continuous ‘stint’) please provide details in the text box at the end of the survey.
